Double standards are showing

In 1989, Rep. Barney Frank, also of Massachusetts, admitted he’d lived with Steve Gobie, a male prostitute who ran a gay sex-for-hire ring out of Frank’s apartment. Frank, it was later discovered, used his position to fix 33 parking tickets for Gobie.

What happened to Frank? The House voted 408-18 to reprimand him — a slap on the wrist. Today he’s an honored Democratic member of Congress, much in demand as a speaker and “conscience of the party.”.

Rep. Mark Foley sent explicit text messages and emails to a 16-year-old congressional page back in 2003, who in Washington D.C., was of age and consent. Were any physical sex acts involved no, have Democratic elected Officials have physical sexual contact in person with their volunteers or pages, yes.

Was it illegal no, was it immoral yes, did mark foley do the right thing by resigning, yes, do the Democrats and the Media have double standards yes.

Is the G.O.P. protecting him, no will he be prosecuted if laws were broken the G.O.P. do hope so and will help with the prosecution.

I have been hearing a child advocate here in Minnesota call for all that who knew about Rep. Foley from FL., to resign from my point of view it works both ways.

Patty Wetterling has called on those in leadership who knew about the former Representative from Florida to resign, she is only applying it to the republicans only but it is now out there with her saying it, it should also be applied to the Democrat leadership in the House as well from Pelosi on down because they knew as well and did nothing about it.

Based on how they have dealt with the currently elected barney frank from Mass. the same standards should apply as well, if not then the hypocrites coming from the democrats and crawling out of the woodwork shouldnt be saying anything.

Pelosi has known about this just as long as the Speaker of the house has known, the media should be asking for for her and the democrats in leadership positions to resign as well if not.

Then double standards are being applied and if you are democrat we the media will lok the other way no matter what you do, take Senator Kenndey as one prime example of the media looking the other way for over 30 years.

The democrats and republicans have investigative files on both the House members and the Senators of each other opposing political parties and how they deem it will be best to use the skeltons against them.

CALL FOR REPRESENTATIVE PELOSI AND HER LEADERSHIP BOARD TO RESIGN AS WELL FOR THEY KNEW ALL ALONG AND AS LONG AS THE REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP IN THE HOUSE KNEW.
