Businessmen Who Served America

October 24, 2020

While the founding fathers wrote the Constitution, they envisioned men like themselves, who were businessmen to temporarily serve America.

From George Washington to Lyndon Johnson , presidents didn’t put their businesses in a blind trust ot sell them to serve as President if elected.

George Washington operated 2 desks in the Oval Office, one for the duties as President & the second one as his business desk. John Adams operated his plantation & other businesses from the same desk that Washington had operated his private sector businesses.

Thomas Jefferson was a plantation owner & operated his land holdings from a 2nd desk in the Oval Office. So from 1789 to 1953 persons who were elected President were not required to give up ownership of their businesses since they were already established.

After 1953 the Democratic Party evolved into an elected political class that never actually work but just fed themselves at the tax payers expense. In 1815 congress voted to change to an annual salary of 1500.00 per year in addition to the per diem. Currently this is the cost to operate congress at tax payers expense. I have broken it down as best as I could based on the limited data

432 house members174,000 x 432
75,168,000 payHouse speaker 223,500Senate and house leaders193,400 x 5 = 967,000.00Benefits exceeed per congressional person125,00066,875,000 x 435 members
House operating expenses for all 435 membersTotal 410,931,885.00Per member is 944,671.00 for office and employe pay of a staff of 18

Per senate member is 3.5 million for office and personnel expenses 35 million dollars total cost to operate the senate. This doesn’t include the uses of private gyms in the house and senate buildings or the private dining areas.

They are not subject to any no smoking laws, they can make multiple flight reservations, but only have to pay for one, free parking at any airport.
In addition to their yearly salary they also get vacation pay, not listed for each month they are not in DC, the vacation pay is not listed.

Members of congress can receive up to 28,400 in outside pay each year, non taxable of courseFor all 535 members it totals 15,194,000 per year.
To operate congress it takes 589,165,385.00 per year.

This does not include office space in their respective states at tax payer expense.

Getting back to the men who have been elected President up until Lyndon B Johnson have been businessmen not required to divest or place their businesses in blind trusts. Our founding fathers want people who own and operate businesses to serve America for a few years, then go back to the private sector.

Trump is not violating any laws or regulations or even the emolument clause, since all his businesses were operating before he was elected or sworn in. The emolument clause was in regards to accepting actual gifts that could be implied as graft.

Have any of those elected to congress sold or placed their businesses into blind trusts while they serve. Using nancy pelosi as one example, not on her life, her husband still operates his businesses with input from nancy herself.

Other than the operating Expenses of the White House & the White House staff, plus the secret service agents, Trump has not accepted a pay check for his position as President. Operating White House expenses is roughly 1,375,000 per year.

This does not include the secret service detail 24/7 this is for 2020. Nor does it include the salaries of the White House staff currently at 35.8 million per year compared to Obama’s staff close to 61 million per year.

Trump didn’t sell his businesses, but put up a legal wall between his organization that his adult children operate while he is president. This is not illegal, but something our founding fathers envisioned.

Foundation Of America

October 4, 2020

The founding of America began right around 1733, England passed the molasses act that placed excessive taxes on the colonies to purchase the molasses. Then about 1750’s the currency act that made any monies printed in the colonies completely worthless, they also started enforcing the navigation act of 1663 robustly.

About 1745 the colonists started meeting to air their grievances, the English governor of the colonies basically told them to pound sand. The colonists started meeting in secret to discuss the kings orders imposed upon the colonies. Then in 1764 the sugar act was imposed on the colonies, then in 1765 the stamp act was imposed, followed by the king ordering his troops be housed in the colonies homes.

Our founding fathers started meeting secretly, they risked being jailed for sedition against the crown. 1766 was the declaratory act, that stated the all the colonies were property of the crown, even the colonists themselves. In 1767 the Townshend Act led to the Boston Massacre. In 1773 was the Tea Act that led to the famous Boston Tea party.

In 1774 the Coercive Act was passed because of what happened in Boston. From 1765 the founding fathers were meeting & discussing of becoming their own nation. What the founding fathers didn’t know was there were business owners who favored England. At the turn of 1775 England knew of half of those agitating for freedom from England.

Prior to all of these actions happening to stir up the desire to be free, there was at that time the Magna Carta that changed England for the better. On August 2nd 1776 the declaration was first signed after it was adopted by the continental congress July 4th 1776. The Declaration of Independence was the 2nd document to change the world. It was the first time that it was stated that God gave humans the rights and freedoms, not a human that was considered royalty.

In August 1776 the King of England orders troops to put down the rebellion. November 1776 the king informed Parliament that the war was not going well. On October 19th 1781 at Yorktown, when General Cornwallis surrendered to General Washington. The United States Constitution was first signed on September 17th 1787. On June 21st, 1788 the constitution was ratified by New Hampshire making the constitution binding for all 13 states.

The constitution would be enforce to allow the first government to begin march 4th 1789. The Constitution is the 3rd document that has changed human condition for the better. The Constitution allowed for changes to the constitution by means of adding amendments.

Since the adoption of the Constitution there were those who opposed it because it did not establish any kind of monarchy to rule by fiat. The Constitution limited the powers of the federal government, what is not stated in the Constitution, everything else is reserved for the states.

The erosion of the states powers and what limits the federal government began in 1917 with the democrats and president Wilson who passed the payroll tax, & the senate democrats passed rule 22. Then in 1935 the social security act was signed into law by then FDR in 1935. Then from 1932 to 1994 the democrats controlled congress and the republicans had such a small minority they couldn’t block any legislation ever.

In the 1960’s LBJ took america down a path that needs correcting, the war on poverty took away the rights established in the Declaration of Independence. The social welfare programs took away rights by establish regulations while being in the programs. The worst was not allowed to have any kind of savings, you were penalized for saving. By 1976 the democrats had achieved their goal the federal government had reestablished the plantation but as an economic plantation.

In 1956 the national interstate act was passed into law, in 1957 the interstate commission had selected the final plans for where the interstate highways would be built. The most expensive interstate plans were adopted, they ended up displacing over 10 million families the majority were minorities & Christians.the most notable was the Rondo neighborhood in St. Paul, MN it was the home of black bankers that owned majority of the banks nationwide up to 1966. The highway commission created the projects that were built after the interstate was being built.

The projects basically set in stone the plantation mentality of the minorities & others who lived in them, for nearly 40 years. I wonder how many poor and minorities have died because of the democratic parties actions. Currently for the past 4 years, Trump has undone nearly 90 years of the actions of the Democratic Party. The democrats that have been buried within the federal agencies since the 1980’s aka the deep state are at a loss of the powers they once wielded under obama.

We need Senator Graham to end rule 22, it was never part of the senate when it was established. With Trump getting his next 4 years, he will end majority of those who pay income taxes, & and get congress to implement a national sales as it should have been all along.

Under Biden within the first year, whom ever replaces biden will exact revenge against anyone that supported Trump, people will disappear and sent to education camps, we will lose as Americans to speak out against the government as well as the president, the loss of 2A, plus religious rights, plus the elimination of the electoral college, placing the voting for president to just 5 states all blue states currently. By eliminating the electoral college, means the few will dictate to the majority. 45 states will lose equal representation in the senate.

This is why Trump needs to be reelected, to continue the destruction of the democrats & the deep state they have put in place in the federal agencies. As well as getting congress to pass a bill so he can sign into a law that takes away from all of the media from being sued.
