Yesterday was a great day, used TextNow app to text my oldest daughter to make sure that she had received the package that I had shipped to her, it was an expensive package, 2 digital cameras one for her & the other one for the grand daughter. 

She was surprised & frustrated that I was using a number that she never recognized, she asked if I was her father, I said yes that I was. She informed that she was now engaged to her bf who is 54, I gave her my blessing, she asked why I just dropped off the earth, I was brutal in my reply, her response was that she was not going to allow emotional blackmail, I stated I only gave the facts & if she couldn’t handle it was for her to decide if she still wanted me to be part of her life.

I told her that I was signing off and deleting that app, I never saw her reply at all. Damn that process that you have to go thru to delete an app on an apple product is maddening, 1. Make sure that you have screen time is turned off, if not you will never be able to delete any app.

I told her that I fought to stay in her & her sisters life, contrary to everything their mom did to block me from their lives. That battle was 7 years worth, 5 of the years I had to do a court ordered diary for each week, where I also had to provide receipts every 4 hours to prove where I was at each day. My daughters mom dropped them off on my weekend with a big surprise,“oh by the way they have lice” I piled them into my car, drove to target, had them stay in the car, bought 4 boxes of Nix, drove back home had them get into their swimsuits due to them being 5 & 6 at the time. 4 hours later, both girls were lice free, 8 hours later all clothing & bedding were washed & dried. 

They were excited about dancing in the shower rain, they told their mom, & dear old mom called CPS & insinuated that I was doing improper things body wise with my daughters. I was met at the door by the police, & CPS informing me of the charges that had been registered against me in a formal complaint. Thank God my landlord was home at the time, he backed up my side that my daughters were wearing swim suits due to their ages. I was handed a sheet with my court date & the time for court. Even though I had documented proof, plus a signed affidavit stating the facts for my side, the judge informed me that for the time being I had to write a weekly diary with receipts every 4 hours detailing my daily activities because of the complaint my ex had filed with CPS.

it took the courts 5 years to realize that my ex had used & abused the court system to her benefit, again was issued a court summons, went to court with my pro Bono attorney at the time, he spoke for me, because he didnt want me to screw things up because I was angry still after 5 years. The judge gave his final disposition on the initial complaint filed. She reamed my ex for using the courts to her advantage, to limit my seeing my daughters. She asked her if she knew that the daughters had swim suits on at the time 5 years ago, she admitted that she had known, what she didn’t know was the judge had talked with both daughters, they told her they had worn swim suits while I washed their hair with NIX. 

The judge informed her that if she ever used the courts in the fashion she had used the courts, she would be spending 3 years in the county workhouse, & I would be given sole custody. 

in the texts I told my daughter that I was tired of fighting like I had for the 7 years to stay in their lives, her response that she wasn‘t going to deal with shame guilt, I told her that telling the facts that I’m tired of fighting, that i was logging off, & deleting the app, that I would only be in contact with her 2 more times after that, she would never hear from me again.

Both my daughters are blocked in every means possible, I’m not going to try or fight to be in their lives anymore. Yes i will miss them dearly but its better to be balanced mentally than to deal with their emotional upheaval on a weekly basis. I am proud of what both my daughters have achieved in life even after being a dealt a raw hand by their mother & her actions she took in her effort to keep my from their lives. 

My oldest became the youngest administrator for 2 hospitals, & 4 nursing home food & dietary, she achieved that accomplishment at the age of 28. My youngest with everything going on in her life achieved sales director of F3 wireless by the time she was 28. I wish to be in their lives but they have made it a abundantly clear that I’m not wanted, by them accusing me of doing shit that morally I could never do, after seeing what my younger sister went thru with an physically abusive drug user ex boyfriend that tied her up and abused her in every imaginable way possible for 72 hours…

sorry about the long winded rant, but this is my means of staying emotionally & mentally balanced…

Net Neutrality The Fail

In 2015 the three FCC commissioners specifically selected by Obama stated that the Internet should be treated as a Utility, so the three sat down with the people from Google, FB, and Twitter and hammered out just how net neutrality would be applied and how it will work. Only problem was that it only affected companies that provided access to the internet such as verizon, comcast and AT&T as examples meaning they could not selectively slow down content. The Net Nuetrailty rules gave internet giant content providers the ability to decide what is considered free speech and what is deemed hate speech, the 2015 net nuetraility act was written with a huge influence by George Soros.

The past two years, I have seen content providers become the sole arbiters of what they deem is free speech and what is hate speech, my web blog was deemed hate speech because I freely give my opinions regardless who you are that will read my blogs, they are my opinions and nobody is forced to read them at all. FB enjoyed being the sole arbiter of free speech on their website, only problem was anyone who disagrees with FB’s political views is deemed a person with hate speech, their pages are blocked, suspended, and even canceled. YouTube is another content provider who extensively used net neutrality to block, defund and even cancel channels they deem not consistent with their political views, google is another content provider who did the same thing as FB, and YouTube.

The ruckus over ending net nuetrailty means that snowflakes and liberals can not silence those who disagree with their political views anymore, the way it was before 2015. What most liberals and snowflakes do not realize is that internet providers still slowed down you internet speed once you reached a certain level of data used, and it was perfectly legal to do so, because in the 2 year contracts people would agree to listed that the persons internet speed would be slowed down after using 10 gigs of data just as an example. Even telephone companies with non contract phones had the same detail as 2 year contracts. So in reality the only real thing about net nuetrailty was allowing left leaning corporations be the sole arbiters of what is deemed free speech and what they define as hate speech.

With the current FCC having three republican commissioners giving Obama’s net nuetrailty rules a total rebuke and handing oversight to the FTC, takes away the liberals and progressives the ability to control free speech. The internet has been around now for 28 years, prior to the net nuetrailty rules the internet ran perfectly without the governments heavy handed approach. When the internet took off in the 1990’s the Democratic Party wanted price controls over how much companies like AOL, compuserve, prodigy, and earthlink as examples could charge customers for internet access. My first year of having internet access my monthly charge was 70 a month for 100 hours of internet access each month. Today, I have a selection of tiers of internet speed and the prices reflect those speed levels. Either in January or February I will be getting gigabit internet access speed for 80 dollars a month, I am choosing the speed that best reflects my needs.

The internet has blossomed and exploded without any help or controls that the deomcratic Party feels is necessary, treating the internet as a utility gave the democrats the control over the internet they have so longed desired because it never discriminated who could access the internet, where as the democrats want to silience free speech unless you agree with their political views.

For 25 years the internet operated just fine without strict heavy handed government controls. For the past two years, the internet was under free speech attack if you disagreed with the content providers political views, such as disagreeing with abortion as just one example. Roe V Wade was a Supreme Court decision in the 1970’s but there was a demcocrat actually implying that without net neutrality a lady would not be able to look up where to get an abortion, surprise net nuetrailty boils down to who decides what is free speech and what they deem as hate speech.

Democrats and progressives literally hate the head FCC comissioner Ajit Pai, who with the other two FCC memebers wrote the rules repealing net nuetrailty and giving freedom back to the people who use the internet without fear of being labeled hate speech writer, homophobic, islamphobic as just a few examples. If you disagree with liberals, democrats and progressives, you are a unredeemable deplorable person.
